Hello! My weekend unplugged was fabulous. Absolutely needed. We took Nola to the dog park, slept in, watched Ghost Busters and discovered blood orange pellogrino is finally being sold in America. I drank it each and everyday during the five weeks I spent in Italy, so I was pretty excited. I was also excited to try vanilla meringues for the first time only to realize they taste like a giant version of the lucky charms marshmallows. It’s the little things in life, really.

I’m also working on getting back into shape. Should I even mention this? Why not. I haven’t worked out, consistently, in way too long and I can tell a difference when I’m taking care of myself, so I’m back at it. This week, through one of my clients, I have a free week at a local gym and I woke up at 5 O’ so early to hit up a spin class. Tomorrow is my first Barre class. Kicking butt! Or looking like a fool..but hey, it’s good for you to look like a fool every once in a while, right?

I’m also planning on starting yoga back up soon, oh how I’ve missed yoga. Katie has started teaching recently and I plan on taking some of her classes soon. P.S. If you don’t read her blog, you should. She’s amazing.
